What happens to your data

The short version: one form, four fields, no tracking of any kind.

Who can see it

Only the editorial group sees your message. There is no onward sharing of any kind.

The web host processes the traffic technically; no other party is involved.

What is collected

The contact form asks for a name, an email address, a subject line and a message. Those four fields are the only personal data the site collects.

Nothing else is gathered. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no profiling of visitors.

What it is used for

The only purpose is answering you.

That rests on legitimate interest in dealing with correspondence. There is no marketing use and no subscriber list.

Keeping and deleting

Messages are kept for up to twelve months in case the same subject comes back, then deleted.

You can ask for earlier deletion at any time and we will do it without asking why.

Rights you have

You may ask what is held about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to the processing altogether.

Write through the contact page and we will respond within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
